the hotel's location was convenient to many local attractions.
i was disappointed with the service i received the room i booked was not ready when i arrived and i wasn't given any information about the hotel at check-in requesting a late check-out was difficult the receptionist didn't try to help i also had issues at the rooftop bar where the pasta was undercooked and opening times were inconsistent.

the staff was so nice and always ready to help, i just adored them. the hotel's spot is super central, near all the cool stuff, but it is still peaceful. my room felt so good, it had such pretty decorations and that bed, oh my, was heaven. i am so thankful.
the rooftop bar seemed like a dream, but its closing time created some chaos. i arrived a bit past ten, and i just had twenty minutes to order, even the opening hours said eleven. it felt a bit unfair.

the staff offered attentive service, always greeted me warmly, and responded promptly to my needs. they provided useful recommendations for nearby attractions and assisted with taxi arrangements. their help made my stay so enjoyable.

the room had usb ports and outlets near the bed. it also included a refrigerator.
i requested a late checkout the day before leaving, but the receptionist immediately said it would be difficult. they made no effort to accommodate my request and told me to check again on the morning of departure, it was unavailable. this was quite frustrating.

the room included a dental kit and a bathrobe the front desk offered restaurant recommendations. the location allowed easy walking distance to many attractions breakfast had great variety.

the breakfast was wonderful and featured fresh-squeezed orange juice. i found a wide variety of cheeses and cured meats.

the shower was GREAT, and the facilities in the room ALSO top.
i asked for a late check-out the day before leaving, but the receptionist told me THAT would be difficult. there was no attempt to arrange THIS for us, and i was told to come back the morning of check-out to see if it WAS possible, it was not.
