decent stay with service issues
underccoked pasta inconsistent times
the hotel's location was convenient to many local attractions.
i was disappointed with the service i received the room i booked was not ready when i arrived and i wasn't given any information about the hotel at check-in requesting a late check-out was difficult the receptionist didn't try to help i also had issues at the rooftop bar where the pasta was undercooked and opening times were inconsistent.

sweet days in a quiet place
helpful staff central spot pretty decorations
the staff was so nice and always ready to help, i just adored them. the hotel's spot is super central, near all the cool stuff, but it is still peaceful. my room felt so good, it had such pretty decorations and that bed, oh my, was heaven. i am so thankful.
the rooftop bar seemed like a dream, but its closing time created some chaos. i arrived a bit past ten, and i just had twenty minutes to order, even the opening hours said eleven. it felt a bit unfair.

the staff offered attentive service, always greeted me warmly, and responded promptly to my needs. they provided useful recommendations for nearby attractions and assisted with taxi arrangements. their help.

my room included individual climate control and soundproofing windows. a work desk was available, and it had multiple power outlets for devices. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and soft towels. i loved it.

average stay, service fell short
usb ports bed outlets late checkout lack of accommodation
the room had usb ports and outlets near the bed. it also included a refrigerator.
i requested a late checkout the day before leaving, but the receptionist immediately said it would be difficult. they made no effort to accommodate my request and told me to check again on the morning of departure, it was unavailable. this was quite frustrating.

the room included a dental kit and a bathrobe the front desk offered restaurant recommendations. the location allowed easy walking distance to many attractions breakfast had great variety.
the room size was not large.

poor service early closure
The staff's customer service fell short of expectations. I was not given any information about the hotel at check-in. a request for a late check-out was met with resistance. There was no attempt to accommodate me. also the rooftop bar closed earlier than advertised. I felt rushed to order and finish my drinks.

fresh juice wide variety
the breakfast was wonderful and featured fresh-squeezed orange juice. i found a wide variety of cheeses and cured meats.
the tv had limited english channels!
