poor serviceearly closure
The staff's customer service fell short of expectations. I was not given any information about the hotel at check-in. a request for a late check-out was met with resistance. There was no attempt to accommodate me. also the rooftop bar closed earlier than advertised. I felt rushed to order and finish my drinks.

the breakfast was wonderful and featured fresh-squeezed orange juice. i found a wide variety of cheeses and cured meats.

great showertop facilitieslate check-outdifficult arrangement
the shower was GREAT, and the facilities in the room ALSO top.
i asked for a late check-out the day before leaving, but the receptionist told me THAT would be difficult. there was no attempt to arrange THIS for us, and i was told to come back the morning of check-out to see if it WAS possible, it was not.
